The project was designed to provide an Airport Access Road from Hana Highway to Lanui Circle and Keolani Place. The Airport Access Road is a divided roadway with grade separation structures and retaining walls, and a landscape entry feature where the new access road splits towards Lanui Street and Keolani Place. The project also connected the new access road to Aalele Street where visitors returning their rental cars is directed to Aalele Street to the car rental agencies.
