Construction of a new, five-story structure to house all rental car operations (customer service, returns, fueling, vacuuming, washing, maintenance) for the four major rental car companies (Hertz, ABG, EIH, and SIXT), followed by conversion of half of the Terminal 2 Parking Structure back to public parking.

The project will be constructed in three phases:

• Step 'a' is the Quick Turnaround Area (QTA) and makes up the east half of the new facility. Step 'a' was opened to the public in Q1 2020.
• Step 'b' is the Customer Service Area and Ready Return spaces, and makes up the west half of the new facility. Step 'b' was opened to the public in Q4 2021.
• Step 'c' includes additional site work and restoration of the eastern half of the Terminal 2 parking structure. Step 'c' work was opened to the public in Q1 2022.
