The new OGG facility consists of the following items:

• Construction of a Consolidated Car Rental (ConRAC) Facility, consisting of a Customer Service Building (CSB), Ready Return (RR) area, and Quick Turnaround Area (QTA)
• Additional site landscaping
• Infrastructure improvements to support the ConRAC facilities
• Connections to the terminal roadway system
• A new tram system connecting the ConRAC Facility to the terminal baggage claim areas
