Expand existing holdrooms for Gates 3 to 10 towards the apron and garden areas, the incorporation of additional seating, queue spaces, climate control areas, flight information display, fire alarm systems, and lighting.  USDA Agriculture Inspection will also be relocated. Existing restrooms throughout the terminal will be renovated.
