Construction of a Centralized Security Screening Checkpoint building, a baggage make-up building with TSA baggage screening equipment, two concession and restroom buildings, two covered bag drop areas with USDA agricultural screening equipment and related site including, but not limited to, site improvements, demolition of the Onizuka Space Center building, Baggage Handling System (BHS), ramp offices, ramp markings and lighting, CCTV, PA/FIDS coordination, mechanical and electrical systems, and all associated work.
