Modifying existing curbside traffic control system and replace with raised concrete speed tables with embedded light flashers at three crosswalks on 3901 Mokulele Loop at Lihue Airport. On either side of each speed table, limited AC pavement will be removed and replaced, providing smooth transitions to the speed tables and positive drainage toward existing catch basins. The removed curb ramps will be replaced with concrete sidewalk to provide a smooth transition to the speed tables, maintaining ADA accessibility through the crosswalks.
