Converts an existing employee gravel parking area into a new employee parking lot with asphalt pavement, marked parking stalls, lighting, drainage, installation of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, and other related improvements.

Also includes improvements to the two existing Bus Shuttle/Transportation Network Companies operation areas, including re-pavement, providing ADA accessible ramps and sidewalks, lighting, and associated infrastructure.

Phase 1 work (first half of parking) and Southwest TNC/Bus Shuttle Area is expected to be completed by September 2026.
