Converts an existing employee gravel parking area into a new employee parking lot with asphalt pavement, marked parking stalls, lighting, drainage, installation of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, and other related improvements.

Also includes improvements to the two existing Bus Shuttle/Transportation Network Companies operation areas, including re-pavement, providing ADA accessible ramps and sidewalks, lighting, and associated infrastructure.

Grubbing, grading, and storm drainage installation ongoing.

Phase 1 work (first half of parking) is expected to be completed in July 2026.
