The replacement of existing perimeter fence along the North and West facing portions and installation of three (3) vehicle gates along the West facing portion. The replacement of eleven (11) AOA pedestrian and vehicle gates. Construction of a new perimeter fence surrounding the emergency generator site with three (3) vehicle gates.

All warranties have been received.

CM contract is only contract left for closeout, pending turnover of hard drives, issuance of final acceptance, and execution of final invoice.
