Work includes the renovation of select existing, and the addition of new, public-use restrooms throughout Terminal 1. Terminal 2 work includes the renovation of select existing, and the addition of new, public-use restrooms in the International Arrivals Building, the Ewa Concourse, and the Garden Level of the Central Concourse.

Base Contract is complete.

Contract was extended to oversee Warranty and additional improvements outside of the contract scope (charging station signage).

CM is continuing to manage the change orders still pending to be executed.
