Improvements to the Terminal 2 parking structure, including but not limited to the following: full rehabilitation of the concrete vehicular riding surface on the top level of the parking structure; concrete spall repairs throughout the parking structure; improvements to the damaged and deteriorated drainage and sewer system infrastructure that supports the parking structure; overhaul of the damaged electrical systems; and possible hazardous material abatement.
